Our lifetime warranty applies to the original owner of the bike with a proof of purchase. The warranty is NOT transferable. For more information check out the warranty page
Frames can be purchased from our frames collection.
The decals we use are not the type that peel off. On our painted frames they are under the clear coat and on our raw frames they are applied with a process that makes them adhere to the alloy. Our raw frames are truly raw with no clear coat on the metal.
The lower shock mount hole that is closest to the seat tube is the slack setting on all our bikes.
Yes. The raw frames we sell do not have any clear coat over the alloy and the decals are HRNT transfer decals applied directly to the frame. The beauty of the raw frames is that they will gain a patina over the years and this is part of owning a raw alloy frame. At the same time the surface can be "shined up" with mild abrasives (just avoid the decals).
