Nearby trail system and your favourite trails: Whistler Bike Park, Whistler Valley, Pemberton, Squamish. Let’s go with one from each. Canadian Open, Micro Climate, Gravitron, The Sauce
What do you ride (type of terrain)?
Anything and everything. If there’s descending involved, I’m a fan!
What model and colour?
Delirium in Rising Sun
How tall are you? What size frame did you get? How does it fit you?
I'm 5’8 and chose the S2 sized Delirium frame. It fits well with the 50mm stem. Might be on the smaller side for most this height. I find it’s just the right amount of reach along with the perfect amount of wheelbase for performance and stability at speed all without sacrificing maneuverability or fun. And fun is found in roosting corners, cracking whips, and floating over rock gardens.
What's your full bike spec?
- Rockshox Boxxer and Fox DHX2
- Mavens with 200 mm rotors
- SRAM Descendent cranks
- GX 7 speed derailleur
- OneUp Aluminum pedals
- We Are One Strifes laced to i9 1/1 hubs

Any custom parts?
- 50mm reach RaceFace Chester Stem with 15 mm of stem spacers underneath
- Bar width (which bar?) OneUp Aluminum 35 mm rise bars cut to 770
- Crank length? (which crank?) 165
- What chainring tooth count? 34
- What rear cassette tooth count? 10-24
- Tire combo? General purpose, it’s a Minion DHF and DHR2 Maxx Grips. When racing I’ll swap out for an Assegai up front if it’s deep dust or mud.
- Custom Touches - Not much, the build kit straight from Knolly is pretty killer. Basically just put on my favourite grips and pedals and off to the park we go.
What do you love about your new bike?
I love that I immediately felt at home on this bike. Dropping into some of my favourite trails in the bike park didn’t require much of a feeling out process. After 2 runs of some minor brake lever and stem adjustments it was game on. The Delirium is a cheat code of sorts. Speed boost, max traction, and ultimate fun! It gave me a whole new love for the bike park which I didn’t think was possible.
