Nearby trail system and your favoUrite trails:

Bootleg Canyon- Armageddon to Reaper and the Nitro Trail System- Trail Mix (for trail bike).

What do you ride (type of terrain)?

Predominately I ride rocky, loose dirt of the Southwest. This is my downhill race bike and freeride/park bike but we have been making more trips to the PNW, and falling in love with Bellingham and Squamish!

What's the intended use for your new bike?

This is my DH race bike that I've been racing on for a little over a year!

Knolly Bikes DeliriumWhat model/colour?

Knolly Delirium with a one off colour way. It's the same colour as the Detroit Lions football team. The frame is a metallic silver that fades slightly to a darker grey by the chainstays with blue decals (these colours glow in the sunlight). I chose these colours not for the football team but because I am from the Silver State (which is Nevada in the USA).

List your bike spec/build. Did you do anything custom to make it special?

This bike is a dream build with custom frame color and wheel decals.

-frame: medium/S3 Delirium

-suspension: is a DVO Onyx DC fork with matching pantone decals to the frame and the new Jade X Prime with a little magic tune in the internals with a 650 lb coil.

-cockpit: is equipped with a Deity Intake DM stem, 31.8mm Black Label bars cut to 780 w 38m rise, Deity Slim fit grips, Deity Retina seat post, Deity Sidetrack Saddle, and Deity Crosshair Headset Cap Kit and seat clamp.

-stoppers: are TRP DH-R EVO (Silver) front and rear with a RSO1E 2.3mm 223mm front rotor and a 203mm rear rotor.

-drive train: is TRP 7 speed cassette, Shimano Saint derailleur, Race Face Atlas cranks, 36 T Wolf Tooth chain ring, and an Ochain set to 9 degrees on steeper tracks and 6 degrees on flatter tracks.

-I have a custom-built wheelset with I-9 hubs and Stans Flow MX3 hoops protected by Mynesweeper inserts and Mynesweeper valve stems

-A huge thank you to the boys at Southwest Bikes in Las Vegas for assembling the Delirium for me!

How tall are you? What size frame did you get? How does it fit you?

My doctor says that I am 5’9” now, apparently you shrink as you get older, as I used to be 5’10”. I am riding a medium/S3 frame. The new Delirium is a bit longer than the previous model and the cockpit has more room, but it is the best fitting edition yet.

Check out Quinn's bike build video!

What do you love about your new ride?

I love the balance of the new Delirium. With longer stays than the previous version, the Delirium stays planted when charging through all the chunk and chunder. The addition of the monolink adds stiffness unlike the previous version. I have been playing with spring rates on the frame. The new leverage ratio is very supple from the start so depending on the terrain or course I am up to a 650 lb spring, which for me is perfect. The Fourby4 suspension has always provided limited pedal feedback but coupled with the Ochain it is a game changer!

The Delirium has the best pedal platform for a bigger bike that pedals like a trail bike on flat bits compared to other big bikes. I am very honoured that the Team at headquarters graced me with a one-off colour frame, making Ol Man Winter feel special! Cheers!
