BIKE CHECK: HONZA'S LTD ED RED FREERIDE FUGITIVE

Posted by Noel Buckley on

Rider: Honza Faistaver

IG: @honza_faistaver (check out his feed for new clips of Honza riding his Fugitive!)

Resides: Czech Republic

Favourite trails: Anything with jumps and good flow!

Intended Use: This is my day in, day out rig.

Rides: Fugitive Limited Edition Red

Size/Fit: Although I am quite tall (183cm), I ride a medium frame as I like my bike to be nimble and super playful.

Build/spec (did you do anything custom?):

Marzocchi suspension

SRAM GX drivetrain with Sram Code RSC brakes

Nukeproof wheels

Miles Racing rotors and brake pads

Chromag bars (cutted to 750mm), stem and seat

Sensus Swayze lock-on grips for the best feel!

Ride Experience (what do you love about your new ride?):

I really like the look of new Fugitive with the straight top tube, clean lines and upgraded monoblock. I've spent a few weeks riding it and this has to be one of the best all-round bikes out there! Especially over here in the Czech Republic where we don't have big mountains. Here you can ride most of the stuff with 140mm travel and still be able to quickly get back to the top!
