How does this decision affect our operations and you?
For anyone that is expecting a new bike or order, we ask that you be patient with us. We are receiving shipments weekly and all current orders are being filled in a priority sequence. We will do our very best to get your order out the door as fast as possible with our new staffing rules. We do not expect order fulfillment lead times to jump significantly, but we do want to make everyone aware that these changes will almost certainly reduce our operating efficiencies.

We have worked hard to plan and secure consistent bike production throughout this year and into 2022. We understand that the bike industry has experienced unprecedented demand and we have been working with our factories and suppliers to ensure that we will have product to offer our customers.
