Occasionally, Internet mail servers will not recognize the name of the sender's domain name server and we will not be able to reply to your e-mail. This does not happen often, but does happen once in a while. If you have sent us an e-mail and do not have a reply from us in four business days, please resend it along with alternate contact information. We aim to reply to all e-mails within two business days but during especially busy times such as trade shows and when attending mountain biking events, replies may be slightly delayed.
